The other night I was searching for an easy dinner and I found some I on Pinterest.

This was so yummy and quick and easy. My favorite combinations!

I made Easy Garlic Chicken.

    • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
    • 4 garlic cloves, minced
    • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
    • 3 teaspoons olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F and lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. In small sauté pan, sauté garlic with the oil until tender.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar.
  4. Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes. (It only took me 20 minutes to bake)
The husband liked it, but didn't love it! I on the other hand loved it!

  1. That sounds sooo good, I think I will try that this week. Thanks for the recipe.

  2. I love this recipe! Thank you for sharing! I use this as my go to dish when I didn't put any thought into dinner that morning. It is simple, easy to make, ingredients are always on hand and even my toddler enjoys it (and getting him to eat any meat or chicken-protein-isn't easy- it's always about the fruit and veggies!). You are pinned on my dinner board on Pinterest and I will continue to use this often. Thank you again!

    1. Oh my gosh! Thank you so much, Jessica! I'm glad you liked it! My toddler loves it too!
