BEST FOUNDATIONS!!!

Do you get overwhelmed when you see so many different foundations?

I stand in the beauty section of a drugstore or at the counters in the department store and I just want to run!

Looking online is not any better! But at least I'm in pjs and comfy!

So, I decided to go in search and find some of the best foundations...

Are you ready?

Get comfy and enjoy the research!
Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation: Do you find that by lunch time your foundation seem to be non existent? Bobbi Brown's long-wear is a gel-based foundation that will keep your foundation in place for up to 12 hours. This foundation stays on from day to night.

Clinique Superbalanced Powder Makeup: This product is not cakey and messy. It glides onto the skin smoothly to provide a perfect complexion. The portable packaging that comes with a built-in mirror and mini-brush makes touch-ups fast and easy, however you probably won't need any since the product lasts the entire day.

L'Oreal Paris Visible Lift Serum Absolute: The liquid formula is light weight, but can be built up and lasts most of the day. If you're acne-prone and use your foundation to cover pimples, I would steer clear though -- the shimmer would highlight them more than conceal. But to even your skin tone and smooth over fine lines, this is perfect.

LancĂ´me Teint Idole Ultra 24H Foundation: Do you prefer your foundation to not be blotchy? YIn order to avoid this issue, you have to invest in a formula that doesn't have matte or illuminating element so that it's easier to blend into the skin. This foundation is the perfect option for makeup minimalists that just want a quick application that lasts from day to night.

Laura Geller Real Deal Foundation Stick: This foundation had a good amount of coverage. The sponge blender helps work the makeup into my skin, so it looks pretty natural. The formula is more matte than dewy. It may not be beneficial for aging skin because it may be a little more drying. If you need to even out your skin then this is a choice.

MAC Pro Longwear Foundation: This is a perfect matte foundation. Even if you have oily skin, this should still be great for your skin. It has great coverage. It will hide your imperfections very well.

Maybelline Fit Me Foundation: This all-in-one foundation is an absolute steal! This foundation gives you just enough coverage to wear daily and even has SPF in it to protect your skin from the sun. If you've got acne this light-weight foundation is the perfect option and doesn't have as many ingredients that can clog up your pores.

Milani Minerals Mousse Foundation: It really does feel like mousse when you apply it. It's very light and blends extremely well. The foundation leaves your skin soft and smooth and it is pretty matte on its own.
NARS Sheer Glow Foundation: Do you wish you had the beautiful, flawless skin of those young teenagers? This foundation will give you that youthful dewy skin. It goes on super sheer but gives you enough coverage to reveal only your best assets.

Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc-Free Illuminating Powder Duo: This is the perfect solution for people who have trouble finding foundation that matches their skin tone, like me. This foundation allows you to mix your perfect shade. The brush applicator makes it easy to put on the foundation, and the caps on each of the two shades allow you to decide what shade you want more or less of for that perfect blend. It's lightweight, which is great. And it covers up any problem spots with the first sweep of the brush.

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation: I really get aggravated when I cannot find my shade and end up having to buy two separate colors and blend or having to settle on a different foundation. But this fool-proof foundation has Smart-Tone technology that works with your skin color and texture so no more stress for me.

Stila One Step Makeup: This product is for those who do not want to deal with the process of primer, foundation, concealer and powder. This makeup lasts the entire day! The thick cream/mousse formula does feel a bit heavy on your face. You may not be a fan if you prefer lightweight makeup. However, if you want a flawless face that lasts and don't want to apply primer this will definitely do the trick.

    1. Yep. I will be doing a post about this next week, but here's a simple recipe - Mix 1 Tbsp of dishwashing detergent, 1Tbsp of vinegar and 2 cups of warm water. Spray on, blot out with a white cloth.
